If you want to place and pick up an order today or tomorrow, please call the store at 808-845-2921 to check the availability of products.

If you want to place a custom order that isn’t available via the options on our website or need to change a placed order, please give us a call at 808-845-2921.

We understand that you may have special requests and we will try our best to accommodate them. We do have limitations on the production of our mochi, manju, and senbei products as they are handcrafted and require time to make. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.

There will be no refund once your order has been paid for and NOT picked-up at your selected date/time.  If you are unable to pick-up your order at your selected pick-up date/time, please call us as early as possible to reschedule your pick-up.
