Fujiya Hawaii LLC does not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All orders placed through our online store are strictly for physical in-store pickup at our brick-and-mortar shop:

Order Retrieval Requirements

When arriving to pick up your order, please present your digital or printed Shopify order confirmation email along with a valid ID matching the name on the order.

Perishable Item Holding & Abandonment Window

Because our traditional wagashi, mochi, and manju are freshly handcrafted without artificial preservatives, they are highly perishable and intended to be enjoyed fresh. All orders must be picked up by closing time (3:00 PM HST) on your scheduled pickup day.

Any orders left uncollected after 3:00 PM on the scheduled day will be discarded for food safety reasons. Discarded orders are non-refundable, and store credit will not be issued for abandoned items. If you realize you cannot make your pickup window, you must contact us at 808-845-2921 as early as possible to request a rescheduled pickup time.
